This summer we bought a kit so the kids could make their own sidewalk chalk. These are pics with the chalk they made.

Soccer

This is Ryan at his first soccer game.  He is loving soccer this year.  He is one of only two new kids on the team that has been playing together for three years.  His coaches are great and work very well with him.  This is his first real experience with soccer and he is starting to pick up on the concepts.  The first game he even took the ball up the field a few times.   I think he had a smile on his face the entire game.   It was a lot of fun to watch him and his teammates.

School with Mommy

Caden, Matthew and I had our first day of school at home on the 18th of August.  This is the kids making a school bus for a snack.  They had so much fun making and eating their bus.  We loved having our new friend Ava with us to enjoy all the fun/first day of school activities.  The boys and I are loving the time we get to spend together learning letters, numbers and gospel principles.    I am so glad that I have the opportunity to be home with them and to share some of the things I love.  The best thing about it is we get to spend time together.   I'm grateful for a husband who is so supportive of my role and a mother. Without him and all the hard work he does away from home this wouldn't be possible.   

Ryan's First Day of School.

Ryan started school on August 18, 2010 at Hodson Elementary.   He was so excited to go to first grade and to be able to ride the bus to and from school.  I can't believe how quickly he is growing up.  When the bus left I shed  a few tears, Matthew cried for ,"my Ryan" and Caden kindly patted me on the pant leg and said,"Mommy it will be OK.  The bus will bring Ryan back."   We are so glad that Ryan is loving school but miss having him around.   His teacher is Mrs. Villines. 

Bubbles, Bubbles everywhere.

The boys have grown to love the bathtub in the master bath.  They love to put bubble bath in the tub and fill it as high as possible.   On this exciting day I thought I could get a few things done while they were having fun only to come back and find bubbles all over the sink, floor, and almost everywhere else.                                                                                 

The BOK Center-Tulsa Shock

We had the opportunity to go to the BOK center in Tulsa to see the Woman's basket ball team: Tulsa Shock.  The kids received free tickets to the game for finishing the Tulsa public library summer reading program.  It was amazing how many things they received for participating in the program.  They had so much fun.   Before the games we took the boys to Braums.  It was a great night.
