Matthew Turns 3 Part 2

Matthew turned 3 on May 30, 2011.  We started his birthday off by opening presents, then we had breakfast with our friends: the Smedley family, after that we went to the zoo and they boys rode on the carousel.  Matthew had to ride on the crocodile.  He loves to see the crocodiles and the elephants.   We ended the day by having chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.  We are so grateful for this sweet little boy.  He sure brings a lot of life and love to our family.  Happy Birthday Matthew.

Fat Guys Burger

We had to try a famous burger joint in Tulsa called Fat Guys Burger.  It is right next to the Tulsa Drillers Baseball Stadium.  They are famous for their Peanut Butter Bacon Burger.  Trevor was daring enough to try one and loved it.  I had a bite and might try one the next time around.

The boys loved how "fat" all of the food was.

Chloe

I can't believe how fast our little princess is growing.  She is currently getting her two lower front teeth.  She is crawling everywhere and she just pulled herself to a standing position for the first time in her crib.   Wow.  I just have to enjoy every moment of my children because they grow so fast.

Fun in the Sun

We took our family to the Preston Lakes community pool for the first time last week and had so much fun.

Chloe loved the water but didn't enjoy the floaty toy we bought her.  The boys didn't mind taking it off her hands.

Ryan mowing the lawn

Trevor was out doing the yard work and Ryan decided he wanted to help.  This is his first time mowing the lawn and he loved it.  He also trimmed the tree and threw all of the sticks in the garbage.  Maybe this will become a part of his weekly chores.  At least he'll have one job he enjoys.
